Bayleigh’s Boutique: Essentials & Aftercare Hub
Target Audience: Pregnant and postpartum women undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment.
Services & Components:
• Wigs, headwraps, and adaptive maternity/postpartum clothing
• Breastfeeding supplies & postpartum recovery kits
• Baby essentials (diapers, formula, clothing)
• Aftercare kits with skincare, wellness journals, and survivor comfort items
• Referrals to domestic violence hotlines and safety planning
Community Benefits: Restores dignity, supports health, reduces financial burden, and provides safety resources for vulnerable mothers.
How It Will Be Conducted: Distributed monthly at hospitals, cancer centers, and pop-up events; referrals through OB/GYNs and oncology clinics; volunteer-led packing and distribution.
Nutrition Component: Prenatal/postpartum nutrition education and meal planning during
treatment.
What’s Needed: Storage space, volunteers, partnerships with hospitals and maternity suppliers, transportation.

Faith Over Fear Wellness Circles: Spiritual & Emotional Renewal
Target Audience: Women in treatment or recovery seeking emotional and spiritual support.
Services & Components:
• Guided prayer, meditation, and journaling
• Licensed counselor-led therapy

• Referrals to housing, DV hotlines, and crisis counseling
Community Benefits: Builds resilience, reduces isolation, and strengthens spiritual and
emotional healing.
How It Will Be Conducted: Weekly in community centers, churches, and online to reach
those unable to travel.
Nutrition Component: Nutrition and holistic wellness education to improve treatment outcomes.

Thrive Forward: Survivor Career & Wellness Academy
Target Audience: Survivors post-treatment rebuilding health, independence, and stability.
Services & Components:
• Career readiness coaching (resume, interviews, job search)
• Financial literacy (budgeting, debt management, credit repair)
• Wellness and lifestyle coaching to reduce recurrence
Community Benefits: Equips survivors to regain independence, financial stability, and
sustainable wellness.
How It Will Be Conducted: Quarterly workshops, hybrid delivery (online + in-person),
partnerships with job agencies and medical providers.
Nutrition Component: Post-treatment nutrition education to sustain health and energy.
What’s Needed: Career coaches, financial educators, workshop space, training materials.

Fierce in the Fight: Prevention & Early Detection Network
Target Audience: Women in underserved, low-screening communities and their healthcare providers.

Target Audience: Women beginning chemotherapy or radiation, including mothers balancing treatment and childcare.

• Comfort bags with blanket, socks, snacks, water bottle
• Wellness supplies: lotion, lip balm, sanitary items, wipes
• Journals and pens for symptom tracking
• Baby essentials for mothers with young children
• Small gift cards for gas, meals, or childcare (as funding allows)
Community Benefits: Provides comfort, emotional support, and essential resources during
treatment.
How It Will Be Conducted: Distributed at infusion centers, hospitals, and community
outreach events.
Nutrition Component: Healthy snacks and hydration support included in bags.
What’s Needed: Donations of items, volunteers for packing, distribution partnerships with
hospitals.

Why This Grant Is Important
Funding will allow us to provide domestic violence hotline support, nutrition and education programs, early detection services, comfort resources, and survivor career training to hundreds of women each year—bridging the gap between diagnosis and long-term recovery.
